Workshop Synopsis
This workshop incorporates the most widely used personality instrument in the World, with over 2 million people taking it annually. The psychometric profiling tool, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a self reporting personality questionnaire used to measure and describe people’s preferences on how they like to behave, interact, decide and live their lives. It is based on Carl Jung’s theory of perception and judgment and classifies people into 16 broad personality types.
The facilitator will shed light on what the individual components mean and represent, and also how participants can make use of this self knowledge to benefit themselves and others. The workshop also includes a segment on personal mastery where individuals will be empowered to take charge of their lives.
Through the power-packed facilitator-led discussions and highly experiential activities that AKLTG is renowned for, participants will gain new insights into personal motivation and peak performance, be enriched with a more positive outlook at work through discovery of their driving forces and be empowered to shift their own perceptions and mindsets towards personal and professional excellence.
