Workshop Synopsis
In collaboration with Keppel Bay Sailing Academy, AKLTG is providing this exciting and adrenalin pumping event to organizations. This event will serve as a metaphor and platform where the core leaders will revisit and reaffirm “What This Organization Means To Me?” and take the organization to new heights.
This specially designed workshop will give participants the experience of a lifetime which the leaders will continue to talk about for a long time. Leaders will work towards clarity of organization vision, directions, building trust, forging stronger bonds, communication and a corporate culture for excellence.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
1. Realign and gain clarity of the organization’s direction
2. Discussion on “What This Organisation Means To Me?” with the team
