Workshop Synopsis
Change management is a structured process to move individuals, teams and leaders in an organization from a current start state to a desired future state. Using the analogy and training methodology of experiential learning, we will adopt the learning activity of making the perfect sandwich to impart change management principles and process.
Change is present as an integral part of today’s business climate. The ones who embrace, accept and manage change will thrive, while those who fear, avoid and reject change may feel alienated and frustrated. There are emotional phases experienced in change and by understanding and be aware of this, we can anticipate the potential emotions and behaviour we or the people around us may exhibit. By knowing the principles of change management, participants will be better able to accept and embrace change in an empowering manner.
Through fun, high-impact activities and inspirational experiences that AKLTG is renowned for, participants will work towards clarity of change management principles, steps to implementing successful change and a corporate culture for accepting and embracing change in an empowering manner.
