Get hands on and build your Taj Mahal! Discover what lessons this engineering marvel can teach in Personal Mastery, Conflict Management and Team Visioning

Workshop Synopsis
Perseverance is a character trait that many agree that society is gradually losing as a whole. Many attribute this phenomenon to a variety of causes, with the majority attributing it to a moral failing. Often times, winners win the match precisely because they hung in there and persevered for just a micro second more, and yet this resulted in them winning prize money and honour far greater in relation to the micro second they put in.
Some of our greatest inventions, breakthroughs and advances can also be attributed to the perseverance traits. We will also explore some famous personalities whom exuberate this character trait and the obstacles and hero’s journeys they go through in order to reach their goals.
Through fun, high-impact activities and inspirational experiences that AKLTG is renowned for, participants will work towards clarity of change management principles, steps to implementing successful change and a corporate culture for accepting and embracing change in an empowering manner.
