This is a proprietary, intensive strategy-board game, usually played with top-level senior executive management. It has been lauded by the heads of many organizations including multinational organizations such as Rolls Royce Marine, the MOE West Zone Vice-Principals’ Retreat and AIA, as a means to discover limiting paradigms in order to create new, more useful ones.

The main aim is to rescue the most number of people from a deserted island and be the first to return back to home-base alive within the constraints of time and changes in the environment.

Through fun, high-impact activities and inspirational experiences that AKLTG is renowned for, participants will work towards clarity of an inquiring mind, steps to adopting an inquisitive mindset through asking questions and a culture for critical thinking skills.

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
