We pride ourselves as having a small, elite pool of professional trainers who have passed through our strict selection criteria to ensure that they’re among the best in the industry.
 
Our team of trainers are specially selected and groomed in our training methodology geared towards Inspiring Transformations. As educators, we believe in the value of constant learning and thus our trainers are frequently exposed to new training programmes, conferences, books and ideas from leading thought leaders locally and overseas, to gather the latest and most updated expertise.

Our programmes are delivered by our In-House, Full-Time Professional Trainers or our selective pool of Associate Trainers. Depending on your preference, we will recommend to you the best trainer for your needs.

Why Do We Choose To Develop Our Own Full-Time, In-House Trainers?
We know that many training providers often tap on huge networks of freelance trainers for their programmes on project basis. Since they do not “own” these trainers, they are thus able to offer a big variety of trainers at very competitive rates.

At AKLTG, we differ from the usual and we insist on developing our own trainers so that our programmes can have a Unique Flavour & Consistent Quality. The style of our programmes and our unique methodology requires among others, an immense amount of energy and commitment, and the ability to actively engage an audience with stories and metaphors.

Doesn’t That Limit Our Offering?
Yes, with a smaller elite pool we are less able to cater fuller to demands. We value quality more than “just getting the job done with any trainer” and in fact we have often turned down requests due to a packed training calendar. We have also chosen not to deliver some programmes because they are not within our area of expertise.

We are supported by a very selective pool of Associate Trainers who must not only meet our selection criteria, but also have training styles and philosophies that are aligned with our’s. We thus are able to focus on our top programmes and deliver them in the unique, consistent flavour and quality which we’re known for.
